DATA VISUALIZATION EXPERT - (Göteborg)/Remote

We are searching for a team member with experience in both software development and data visualisation to help with the operational value stream. Experience working creatively with data and visuals is required. It is highly appreciated to be a strong critical thinker with a problem-solving ability for spotting opportunities for growth. Not being scared to disrupt the existing quo in order to deliver useful information that stakeholders can visually express and understand.
Because the team is just four persons strong, we require the applicant to be hands-on and capable of assisting team members not only in the construction of dashboards but also in the process development and planning phases.
Common job responsibilities
Plan, install, and support important business applications and processes as part of a team of like-minded individuals.
Create and shape data (for example, SQL), have understanding of database principles, and be familiar with dimensional modelling.
Facilitate interactions with business users to identify and prioritise the visualization's requirements and value.
Make an active effort to ensure that the visualisations can be utilised to help the company take more data-driven activities.
Collaborate actively with stakeholders to identify essential measurements and KPIs.
Power BI may be used to create data visualisations.
Prepare technical requirements and data definition documentation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience working with BI development - PowerBI desired - high level of drive, self-motivation, curiosity, and great communication skills in English
Advanced knowledge of dashboard design and data visualisation
Expertise in creating tabular and multidimensional models
Extensive SQL Server knowledge (Azure SQL a plus)
Extensive knowledge in ETL processing, data transformation, and data modelling methodologies.
Knowledge of how to use higher level computations inside data sets
The public cloud (AWS certifications are a welcome plus)
Extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Duration: 6 months + extension
