Database Developer

We are looking for a Database Developer to strengthen our automation capability in CI/CD pipeline deliveries in Telia IT and database team.
Do you want to work with automation of database services (PaaS) and be part of building the foundation of our CI/CD pipeline?
Your next challenge?
As a developer in the database team, you will together with colleges and other cross-functional teams build the baseline for delivering consumable database services in a modern CI/CD pipeline, both for Telia internal cloud platforms as for public clouds.
Working with modern frameworks and tools such as:
Ansible
GitHUB
Phyton/Bash/Powershell
Terraform
Jira
SAFe

Who are you?
You will work in a small delivery team of knowledgeable colleagues responsible for creating the CI/CD pipeline and rewrite our existing database services to micro services, securing they are consumable via Infrastructure as Code or API.s.
We architect, design, implement, test, document and deploy. We build it, we run it (DevOps).
This role requires an open mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Must-haves:
Experience in Linux Operating System
Understanding in development principles
Experience from building and developing CI/CD pipelines
Understand the principles of operational readiness and stability
Good oral and written skills in English

Nice-to-haves:
Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Oracle, MSSQL
Knowledge in working with VMware stack – vRA, vRO
Experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP
