3rd line software support and requirements specialist
We are looking for a 3rd line software support and requirements specialist to our GTS (Gaming terminals) department.The work is to provide 3rd line software support services to our customers.You will be indaily contact with our customers by phone and email helping them with software related questions.In addition to this you will also be part of product specifications (requirements) team producing material for our product development.
Over time you will become a technical product specialist.You will work closely with our customers and developers.
Essential skills and experience:
-Experience with technical support operations
-The ability to analyse, structure and explain complex concepts
-Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.Our company language is English All documentation is written in English.Knowledge of other languages will be viewed positively.
-Basic knowledge of databases and Linux
-Experience as a technical writer.
-Experience of having worked in a software development environment will be viewed positively.
-Experience working with the Microsoft Office program suite.
