What you'll do
Based in Uppsala, Sweden, the DBS Leader position is designed to support the Resins & Technologies franchise through deployment of the Danaher Business System (DBS). You’ll work closely with the General Manager Resins & Technologies to translate the key challenges of the business into a long term DBS implementation plan for growth acceleration.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive targeted, sustainable improvement of the Core Value Drivers, specifically growth, by using the DBS Innovation and Commercial Engines.
Collaborate with the Franchise Leader to develop a DBS Roadmap to address key business challenges.
Facilitate Kaizens and Problem-Solving activities in selected DBS tools. Ensure sustainment of the process changes agreed in the Kaizens.
Collaborate with other Cytiva and Danaher locations, benchmark, and implement the best ideas.
Provide formal and informal DBS mentoring to the Franchise team.

Who you are
6+ years of practitioner experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Strategic Marketing, or New Product Development. Experience in Life Science and large organizations (>$1B revenue) desired.
Leadership of projects and teams with positive impact on business results.
Experience in continuous improvement practices (e.g. DBS, Lean, Six Sigma, Coaching, etc.) that have created tangible, sustained results. Certification (e.g. CP, MBB) is a plus.
Experience in solving sophisticated problems in a structured way and successfully implementing the recommendations.
Experience in achieving results in international, multi-cultural or culturally demanding situations.

Results Focus: Has a passion for continuous improvement and proven driving sustainable change through DBS, even through resistance and complexity.
Strategy: Ability to see the “big picture” from a GM point of view and drive strategic decisions in an environment of limited resources.
Critical Thinking: Able to analyze sophisticated situations to identify gaps, root causes and counter measures. Drive decisions to close the gaps. Has an independent opinion based on evidence – even if unpopular.
Able to work in a matrix environment with multiple partners. Can develop strong relationships with key partners across levels, functions, and geographies. Can help Cytiva become a better organization in Inclusion & Diversity.
