What we are looking for Upstream & Downstream Planning Leader is a key role within the production/Supply Chain (SC) team in Västerhaninge.
What we are looking for Transport & Export specialist is a key role within the warehouse and DC/Supply Chain (SC) team in Västerhaninge.
Main responsibilities
Typically works within a warehouse sector and a group of between 8 – 15 operators in warehouse supply chain team. Responsible for the safety, ergonomic, and 5S behaviours within the sector. Responsible for training and certification of operators and contributing to the updates of the versatility and training matrix. Required to complete the work of operators & activities as needed. Leads the sector SIM1 meeting. Performs basic problem solving or simple maintenance as required. May be responsible for temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities. May be responsible for (contributing to the) creation/updating Operational Work Standard (OWS) and Job Breakdown Sheet (JBS).
Main Activities
- Enforce safety & health rules & 5S throughout the cell
- Guarantee inventory accuracy & correction operations are realized
- Make sure operators are trained & validates training levels
- Drive in real-time adjustments of staff according to the needs
- Drive the actions to get service level, quality products, WIP & ensures productivity goals are reached
- Synchronize support function actors on short term actions
- Drive the changeover & setup, maintenance activities level 1 & 2
- Implement tools and animate SIM cycle 1, ensuring the quality of information provided to the Supervisor for SIM 2
- To be key user for information system
- Request to Order Management the replenishment of consumables not managed by ROP in the system
- Work together with Supply chain team to manage the shipments as required for the customer & business needs.
Required skills and experiences
· Education in supply chain/logistics/manufacturing/management or equivalent
· Experience in working in similar roles
· Analytical & autonomous problem-solving skills
· Ability to work together with cross functional teams
· SAP
· Good verbal and written English communication skills
· SPS
· MS Office
