Nu rekryterar vi i samarbete med Svensk Autorekrytering en Dealer Development Manager.Job description Main responsibility is dealer development (DD) for all Nordic/Baltic countries.With DD is meant to establish, develop and maintain dealership network for Honda's car business.DD work consists among others of: analysis of geographical establishment, search for potential dealer candidates, discussion/negotiation with candidates, appointment of new dealers, monitoring of dealers in terms of business- and financial performance, monitoring of compliance to Honda dealer standard, development of current dealers and termination of dealers.Our vision is that each Honda customer gets best customer experience in town. Professional competence You have worked with business administration with emphasis on sales and marketing.Budget, analysis and strategy are also areas where You are very competent.We would like You to have some sort of Dealer Development experience from whole seller's role and/or dealer's.You have worked within the automotive industry and have leadership competence with potential for senior roles.If You have worked with brand management or Nordic business and operations it's very valuable.You have a University degree in Business Administration.Personal competence You are a person with Business understanding and You have authority in decision making.Structure and ability to successfully balance operative and administrative assignments with good leadership are very important.Your ability to adjust to different business cultures is also a key to success.If You have attended dealer development training, customer project training or leadership training this is very valuable.You are fluently in Swedish and English (writing & speech) and maybe you have one other Scandinavian or Russian/Baltic language.
