BMW Motorrad within BMW Group Northern Europe is now recruiting a Dealer Development Manager. The position will be responsible for development of BMW Motorrad Dealers in the Nordic countries Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. This is an essential role in one of the world's most successful corporate groups within the automotive industry.

Arbetsuppgifter

As Dealer Development Manager Motorrad you will have a key role in the BMW Motorrad. In connection with the MoonRide2020 strategy you will work towards a homogenous professional dealer network, consisting of brand oriented dealer processes internally and brand behaviour towards the end customer. The Dealer Development Manager is a member of the BMW Motorrad team where projects are pooled and allocated based on market needs and central Munich requests. The position reports to Motorrad Manager Northern Europe and is located in Silverdal, Sollentuna. The position entails travelling.

The Dealer Development Manager will be responsible for:
- dealer network planning and agreements
- effectiveness and profitability evolvement of the dealers
- regular information and training of the dealers
- building activities
- consulting prospects
- corporate Identity and brand behaviour
- coordination of start-up of new dealers / termination of dealers.
- maintaining dealer data
- dealer info system.

Utbildning/erfarenhet

To meet the demands of the Dealer Development Manager role you have experience from a similar role as well as an excellent ability to manage and support projects. You communicate well in a variety of situations. You are confident and reliable in your role, and flexible when necessary. You express yourself very well in English. Skills in one of the Scandinavian languages are a big advantage. It's expected that you have good skills in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

To achieve success within this role, you are a person driven by your own internal motivation. You work independently and are able to manage and prioritize in a high workflow. You are not afraid to make decisions. You have good management skills, are structured, analytical and accurate. You act in a professional and structured way to achieve your goals and those of the company. It's expected that you are interested in and have a good knowledge of motorcycles and business. Experience from the automotive industry is beneficial. In your position you strive to keep a high service level towards dealers and internally.

BMW Group Northern Europe coordinates and provides support to operations in the Nordic national sales companies, as well as at authorized dealers in the Nordic counties. BMW Group has about 145 employees and 160 authorized BMW and MINI dealers as well as repair shops in the Nordic. In 2013 more than 30,000 BMW were sold, 3000 MINI and approximately 2,200 motorcycles in the Nordic markets.
