Dealer Support Center also known as Dealer Support Center also known as DSC is the single point of contact for all IT service-related requests when it comes to Volvo Group dealers. The DSC in Bangalore, Beijing, Curitiba, Gent, Gothenburg, Greensboro and Wroclaw have a high local know-how and have locally adapted opening hours and cover the major international languages. We support all the brand from Volvo Group (Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, etc…)
We are now looking for a Dealer Support Center Specialist/Agent to join our team in Dealer Support Center located in Gothenburg
What are your competences?
Fluent English, Swedish and Finnish
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Customer oriented
Strong soft skills and like challenges
Ability to de-escalate conflict
Support experience from IT or other Volvo organizations like HR
Knowledge of ticketing tool, like ITSM is a plus
Your new responsibilities
Receiving (answering phone calls from end users) and registering cases in our ITSM tool
Trouble shooting and resolution of cases
Transfer/Escalation of cases to other Support Groups.
Informing users of the progress of their cases
Direct contact with users and customers from Regions Nordic (via phone and mail).
Working in accordance with ITIL and DSC Best Practices.
