Welcome to a completely new way of accessing a car, where a hassle-free, flexible monthly subscription is all you need. We are looking for a truly passionate product and brand ambassador for Care by Volvo leasing model within our online business, to join our growing team based at Volvo Cars in both Stockholm and Gothenburg. Using your extensive data analytics capabilities, you will enable us to unlock ways to drive positive change and growth within customer onboarding.
In this role you will report to the Credit System Manager.

What you’ll do
As Product Owner you will be a key team member to define the strategy and vision for the credit risk decision engine. You are expected to understand and anticipate business needs and oversee the different development stages when implementing new changes to the product. This includes managing the product backlog and roadmap, evaluating progress through each sprint iteration, and ensuring that we are moving in the right direction.
Further, you will be the main contact towards our 3rd party SaaS solution for decision management and responsible for product security and risk management.

In this role, we are looking for a colleague who is solution oriented, analytical and data driven, with an eagerness to foster a good team culture and represent the decision engine product towards both internal and external stakeholders.
You demonstrate working proficiency and communication skills in English, verbal and written. As a person, you are curious, a team player, and enjoy learning how the business work end-to-end.

Minimum work experience:
•    A minimum of 3 years of experience as product owner or product manager within financial services, SaaS, online D2C business or similar.
•    Documented experiences leading in agile working methods.
•    Strong stakeholder management with experience being the primary communicator and link between different teams.
•    Creative thinking and problem solving, proven through past project management experiences.

Additional skills that would be considered a plus:
•    Knowledge or hands on experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc)
•    Knowledge of Rules Analysis to identify issues/redundancy/complexity
•    Knowledge of CI/CD or similar release management processes  
•    Familiarity with e-identification tools, credit bureaus across different markets and automated decision engine solution
•    Working experience with Decision/Rule Development Engines is considered a big plus!
