What you will do
Drive strategic technical leadership
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
Develop and test high-quality products
Document and architect solutions
Perform troubleshooting and customer support activities
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in Cloud RAN domain


You will bring
At least 5 years of RAN telecommunication development, integration or configuration working experience
Deep understanding of 3GPP concepts and protocols
Knowledge in RAN standards LTE/5G and other standards desirable
Understanding of RAN & Radio system configuration
Experience in RAN/RF analysis and RAN network optimization or Radio Network Planning
Preferably experience in analysis from a UE perspective and/or drive tests analysis
Fantastic personal network in BNEW


Additional qualifications
Hands-on experience from and familiarity with Ericsson Management Object Model (MOM) and RBS products is a plus Knowledge of Ericsson Radio System (Baseband, Radio Units, etc) is an advantage.
