You’ll be the missing sixth member of our Nordic TAS team. Your interest will evolve around the Nordic languages and countries i.e. Norway, Denmark and especially Sweden where most of our Nordic operations stem from. As a result, we look for a Swedish speaking addition to our team. As a team we dare to test new approaches and learn from them. We need those ideas and learnings and rely on those solutions to succeed across our regional team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the recruitment organization, leading talent attraction in partnership with the recruitment organization, in close cooperation with the regional talent acquisition team and Marketing/Communication.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Superuser and caretaker of ATS (Teamtailor) from processes to data validation.
- Developing candidate generating efforts land maintaining candidate talent pool.
- Measure and report performance of efforts and analyze trends to make improvements.
- Gatekeeper of compelling candidate experiences representative of brand and career opportunities.
- Communicator on all relevant channels from Social Media, career page, job fairs and job boards etc.
- Representating at employer branding opportunities and potential candidate touch points e.g. events (career fairs, meet-ups, etc.), job boards, organizations, social media etc. with Recruitment and Communications.
- Participate in ad hoc projects regionally and globally as necessary to support HR service our organization and clients.
- On top of industry, competitors and recruitment trends and staying up to date on profession, field and expertise.


START: According to agreement.

CITY: You can be located at one of our offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Göteborg, Norrköping, Kalmar, Umeå, Östersund or Ånge.

EMPLOYMENT FORM: Full time. 6 months probation time.

WORKING HOURS: Non-regulated.
