Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

- Degree handling and related processes
- Registration in SSE’s student database and archiving
- Contact with students, alumni, faculty and staff at SSE.
- Supporting your colleagues within their fields of responsibilities during workload peaks
- Participating in the development of work methods, routines, and tools for degree handling

The role involves taking charge and independently driving your area of responsibility forward, which means that it is important that you are confident in making decisions.

Qualifications

You are service-minded and prestige less with excellent collaboration skills. You are also flexible and can change focus when needed, adept at handling stress, and can prioritize your workload efficiently.

Required

- Has an academic degree (or qualifications that we find equivalent)
- Are good communicators and can express correctly and clearly in speech and writing in both English and Swedish
- Are organized and meticulous
- Have as good computer skills and are digitally confident

For us it is also valuable if you have experiences specifically from working within higher education and from degree handling processes.

This position is situated in the office of Academic Support & Records (ASR). ASR is a department within the school’s Professional Services which works with degree management, exam coordination, scheduling, system support and academic guidance to the school’s students. The department works continuously to review work routines and strives to gradually introduce digital solutions. There are 10 people working in the department of which two work within the Degree Office.

This is a full-time, permanent employment located in Stockholm City. A 6 months probationary period applies. Start date according to agreement.
