Do you want to be part of a team who together with clusters secure that we continuously develop the competences and capabilities within Service Operations to ensure quality and profitability in service delivery?
As part of the ambitious growth strategy within Services, the Delivery Capability Development team within Service Operations plays an essential role in driving projects and activities related to competence and capability development.
We are looking for a Delivery Capability Expert who is interested in leading and driving learning management activities, mainly in the area of maintenance, together with the global team, clusters and other relevant stakeholders.
You and your colleagues have the global and cluster Services organisations and Tetra Pak Academy as your main speaking partners and stakeholders and you share the work in the most optimum way dependant on your skills and interest. The position requires strong and close collaboration between yourselves to ensure you’re driving towards the same end-to-end goals and solutions.
You will be located in Lund and will travel approximately 5-10 days/year.
Main responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the maintenance capabilities within Service Operations competence development, assessment and certification portfolios based on; Cluster needs, PLC needs, needs, PLC/NPI/PD needs and Services portfolio needs
• Requirements setting for learning methodologies
• Forecasting of future development needs
• Drive KPI development within the competence development area
• Participate in relevant networks
Qualifications
You are a self-motivated person with a strong drive and result orientation. You possess strategic and analytical skills as well as great communication and stakeholder management skills. You have the ability to exercise informal authority and you easily work cross-functionally with people on all levels.
To be successful in this position we believe that you have a strong interest in people and competence/capability development as well as a strong track record in project management and/or people management. Written and verbal English skills are essential. Experience from competence/capability development will be an advantage but is not essential.
