DELIVERY COORDINATOR - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to modernize the IT infrastructure with a number of associated services. In addition to the purely technical movements, the transformation to be carried out also includes changes in working methods, processes and culture.
What you'll do:
● Setting the framework of a program for IT division with a focus on modernized infrastructure to ensure quality and time of the program's future deliveries.
● Coordinate and coordinate the program's deliveries in an iterative delivery model based on the needs of the business.
● Understand the business's common needs for development and formulate them into technical deliveries.
● Deliver on the part of the project and understand dependencies between application projects and deliverables.
● Hold delivery planning meetings with in-depth projects, develop structure for how delivery planning should be monitored and followed up.
Who you are:
● Certification in project management, e.g. PMP, IPMA, Leading SaFe and SaFe Release Train Engineer.
● Possess at least 2 years’ experience in assignment in the role of project manager, delivery coordinator or RTE (SaFe) for a digital transformation in a medium or larger organization.
● Proficiency in verbal and written skills in English language (additional proficiency in Swedish language will be preferred.).
● Ability to work agile environment, structured and process-oriented in addition to profound teaching and social skills.
