Delivery Director

10 Chambers is a fully funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative, and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games.
We are continuing the development of our first game GTFO but have now also entered pre-production of our next project, a cooperative heist FPS set in a techno-thriller world. Originated and directed by Ulf Andersson, the creator of Payday.
Are you a communicative and experienced Delivery Director ready to lead our Delivery team?

What you’ll do
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Delivery team.
Empower a culture of collaboration, inspiring teamwork and cross-functional cooperation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Production, and Operations, to ensure alignment and quality objectives are met.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing practices, tools, and automation.
Establish and track quality metrics, ensuring visibility into project status and product quality.
Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the Delivery team and facilitate their technical and non-technical skills development.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance.

Requirements
10+ years of professional game development experience, including several years in a similar role.
Shipped multiple games on PC and console
Well-versed in software testing best practices, methodologies and tools
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with artists, designers, producers, and other stakeholders.
Great problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent English, both written and verbal (Swedish is not a requirement)
