Delivery Excellence Manager to leadind telecom company

MultiMind is looking for a delivery excellence manager for a leading telecom company in Solna. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting ASAP till 6 months and then opportunity to get overrecruited.

You will be working closely together with the client's current Excellence Manager as well as our Billing Manager, their Order & Delivery team, and the Delivery project team, with the responsibility to drive a targeted way of working throughout their delivery processes for new products and business lines.

Your next challenge? Our client is expanding with a large number of new products and business lines being added to the portfolio. Service Delivery is responsible for delivery, logistics, stock management, and billing. In order to move new products into a concrete way of work, they attach great importance to creating agile and, if possible, automated processes in order to scale the business.

The Service Delivery team consists of an Order & Delivery team (line organization), Delivery projects team (a team of project managers and IoT experts), a Billing Manager, and an Excellence Manager. They are now looking to expand Excellence Management in order to further develop our processes and ways of working with incoming new products, business lines, and new responsibility areas following those new tasks. An important part of this work is to use existing processes to identify critical deviations and resource gaps within the unit, document new processes, and conduct training for the line organization.

Who are you? Do you have a great understanding of business, a customer-focused mindset, high attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to challenge the status quo? Are you able to balance the need for speed to market with scalable processes? If so, this may be your next challenge!

You have experience in process development and ownership. You have a good understanding of the importance of smooth deliveries as an enabler for business and excellent customer experience. You have a background within the telco business or equivalent. You understand the importance of transparency and communication, and you are a hands-on person who likes to get things done and like to cooperate with others.
