Delivery Lead - Team Lead to Gothenburg

Job description
Randstad Technologies is looking for a Team Lead to support the operational delivery of the connected car platform at our client in the Automotive indsutry. The Team Lead will be part of the Delivery Lead Group in connected runtime operations. This is a longterm consultant opportunity and we welcome both subcontractors and candidates that are open for hire.

We are looking for a social and communicative person to take on the team lead role for a group of four people working in the delivery lead field for the cloud & connectivity support. You will be responsible to represent, contribute to and be engaged in the team consisting of a large variety of roles such as delivery lead, supplier key account, business analyst, project manager, process owner, quality lead etc.

The work will be executed in the intersection of our operational fulfillment towards customer and the ongoing enhancement and rollout of new features and solutions in the cloud connectivity area. 

Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
Ensuring clear team goals.
Motivating the team to achieve planned vision and mission.
Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
Coordinate and distribute tasks to team members.
Motivating and supporting team members in their daily work.
Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Be prepared to work overtime as applicable per labor law


Qualifications
Self-going team player with a proactive mindset.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Work with minimal supervision, understand and execute instructions.
Have an eye for structure and order, find joy in maintaining a well-organized workplace.
Interpersonal and consultative skills.
Strong facilitation skills.
Analytical and critical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
Preferably have experience in IT operation organizations.
Drive and develop structures to improve way of working. 
Shall be comfortable in taking a central role dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
Customer focused and service-oriented personality.
