Utbildning/erfarenhet For this position you need to have a University degree or equivalent degree and at least five years experience from a multinational company, preferably the drug industry. You have a good knowledge and understanding of all project management tools and process. And a Project Management certification is desirable. To succeed in this function you need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as collaboration and interpersonal skills. You have a proven project management delivery and leadership promoting motivation and empowerment of others in order to accomplish individual, team and organizational objectives. You manage change with a positive approach to the challenges of change for self and team. You have also extensive knowledge of all project management tools and processes. Furthermore you have a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, resources and project initiatives in a global and regional environment. You may be expected to influence and negotiate with colleagues and senior management. Be able to perform effective stakeholder identification, analysis and management. You will also requires continuing contacts with officials involving the enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures. A close liaison with other project managers will be expected. You will also develop external contacts and work with network building. Necessitates considerable tact, discretion and persuasion to obtain desired outcomes whilst maintaining ongoing professionals relationships. This may include professional associations and societies.
