Position Description
As Delivery Leader for Solution center GTO Powertrain Skövde you will be a functional leader for our broad and knowledgeable team. Our team takes an end-to-end responsibility for a variety of different applications, managing both projects, maintenance, and on-call support. You will in this position report direct to Delivery Manager.


GTO Powertrain Skövde has an application portfolio responsibility that spans over a wide technology area supporting Powertrain’s operation and sites. Due to a large number of applications and stakeholders in close cooperation within our team as well as with business stakeholders, suppliers, Solution leader and Delivery Manager are communication and collaboration skills highly needed.

Main Responsibility:
Secure work prioritization and distribution within the team and coordinate team’s activities
Cooperate to secure capacity planning for delivery and to prepare and follow-up IT budget for assigned solutions
Cooperate with different Group IT functions and partners to secure efficient delivery
Ensure communication and information sharing with stakeholders and within the team
Responsible for securing IT delivery in line with decided directives and frameworks as well as according to SLA
Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable together with the team
Drive continuous improvements
Act as a mentor and coach for colleague, give support, feedback and recognition, related to delivery and performance, introduce new team members
Identify competence needs and secure capacity to deliver according commitments
Plan time for training and development for team members within in the team’s delivery assignment
Build open, honest and collaborative mindset within the team
Initiate, support, drive and implement continuous improvement activities

You will be a good fit if:
Have 3+ years of managing teams.
Experience with global teams
Analytic and planning skills
Good knowledge in tools like Service Now/ VGAC
Great leadership and coaching skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
High level of ability to delegate and motivate
Experience from GTO Powertrain
