Key to our premium customer service is the ability to scope, plan and drive projects on behalf of our Partners from launch and as they grow.

The role:

As a Delivery Manager at Kambi, your responsibility is to lead the delivery of complex Partner facing projects. You will work in a small Delivery Team based in our Stockholm office. In this role, you will work closely with project team members from Kambi, from our Partner’s internal team, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Kambi is an agile working environment. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, balancing competing projects and managing stakeholder expectations. You will be working with and coordinating internal efforts from Technical Integration Management, IT Operations, Business Development, Partner Success Department, Sales and more across multiple projects often with a regulatory component.

PLAN

• Define, create and maintain project scope, plan, schedules, status reports, and other project documents.
• Understand and manage Partner expectations by balancing requirements with ability to deliver.

DELIVER

• Manage all phases of Delivery projects end-to-end from kick-off to go-live.
• Build a project team with multi-disciplinary team leaders across different geographies and cultures.
• Work with project team members to define project tasks and milestones, and coordinate the alignment of. dependencies both within the project and across other projects.
• Lead by prioritizing the work and obtain commitment on delivery from internal teams.
• Act as single point of contact for resolution of project related issues and all project communication.
• Track projects and assess risk. Manage escalation of issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

IMPROVE

• You have experience with developing efficient internal processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards and practices.

About you

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in a cross-functional, technology-focused business.
• Previous experience working with US customers. Understanding or experience working in regulated environments is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills; able to effectively communicate at all levels.
• Able to move between top-level overview of projects and being hands on with the detail as needed.
• Good team player and able to build collaboration at every level in your projects.
• An eye for detail, ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and information gathering skills; ability to create solid yet simple project documents.
• Prior experience of working with JIRA is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
