Digital Delivery is a new function within Group Digital & IT. It has the ambition to identify and execute on new digital initiatives in tight collaboration with TD/BAs and Group Functions as well as modernize and transform our existing solutions into products and to secure agile ways of working across the whole Digital Delivery function.
Together with our digital talents, we will work on solution design and deliveries to improve business performance and create value at scale for Volvo Group. Included in our mission is to drive an efficient Group IT interface and Portfolio Management for the TD/BAs and Group Functions.

This is how you could make an impact
In this role you will have full end2end responsibility for developing and maintaining Product Sales Configuration to Offer solutions used by Volvo Penta customers worldwide. Aligned with the Volvo Group and TDBAGF strategies and goals and by leveraging the North Star Architecture strategy, you will set the vision and strategy of your solution. Moreover, you will serve Volvo Penta with novel state-of-the-art solutions, boosting the service market business. The value you and your team create will enable the Volvo Group service strategy and span the area of Product Sales Configuration to supply Volvo systems with product data (PMDM), configure, price, quote, and sale (CPQ) and some more. Big plus, worth to mention is great cooperation and engagement from business representatives.
In your role, you are adding value by developing high performing teams and building great collaboration with the stakeholders and suppliers in your deliveries. In addition, you are driving the change management necessary to reach the transformation goals. This role does not include any Line Management responsibility and you will report to the Head of Product Sales Configuration to Offer.
These will be some of your responsibilities:
Managing the IT solution design and delivery
Support the strategic initiatives in terms of team capacity and knowledge
Leveraging our North Star Architecture to release differentiated business solutions decoupled from our core solutions
Being accountable for meeting SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in line with Volvo Group Business Critical Applications criteria
Driving continuous improvements in way of working towards a fully agile approach
Accelerating the DevSecOps journey and continuously improving speed and agility
Enhancing Team Performance by facilitating, coaching, removing impediments and coordinating with different stakeholders and suppliers
