Gripen E/F is getting closer to delivery; we are now establishing a team that will take charge of one of the most complex tasks in industrial Sweden.
Your role
Gr Design Program Management is initiating a transformation going from a development phase towards an increased focus on Delivery and Fleet Operations. These changes leads to a new way of manage and organise the Gr Design Program Management.
As a part of the focus on delivery and fleet operations we a recruiting Delivery Manager in Gr Design Program Management.
The teams responsibilities will include:
* Deliver MS21 to Sweden and Brazil enabling FMV and COPAC to introduce the weapon system in their respective air forces.
* Ensure that strategy, planning, drive, coordination are in place to provide all parts of the contributory organizations prerequisites and guidance to focus and lead their operations.
* The tasks include everything from securing that we are delivering the intended products and function to ensuring that shipping etc. are in place
Your profile
We are looking for a person with experience, a strong mix of business acumen and operations understanding. You have a broad contact network within Saab, have knowledge in combination with the ability to lead and create a well-functioning collaboration. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are confident and mature in your personal skills, have high integrity and the ability to balance customer demands, technical decisions against business considerations.
You are clear and engaging in your communication, structured and collaborative with a good ability to develop strong relationships that create commitment, stability and drive in the organization. The task is humbling so a strong self-awareness and internal drive for continuous learning is essential, as well as the ability to solve complex issues through teamwork.
Required skills:
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (project management and or technical management)
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Well-proven leadership ability in complicated and complex environments
Desired skills:
* Experience from multiple areas of SAAB
* Experience creating and implementing strategies
* Comfortable presenting complex issues to a wide audience in both Swedish and English

In the role as Delivery Manager in Gr Design Program Management, you will be part of building up a new organizational unit as a member of the Gripen E/F Delivery Management team. It will be a high-paced task since you and the unit need to be up and running as soon as possible. You will work in a multi-faceted environment with many different interfaces, within SAAB and towards our customers, where the role of the Delivery Management team will be to analyse, plan and implement a strategy enabling delivery to our customers. Within the Program Management, you will (besides working together with your team) collaborate with highly experienced colleagues concerning everything from contract management to risk, planning and security.
