About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Delivery Management resource to secure the quality of execution activities and build short term market demand information. Delivery manager needs to lead and facilitate the Sales & Operation Execution process in a way that describes the consequences of predicted product deliveries from a resource, financial and a risk perspective. Finding solutions, making priority decisions and coordinating with key stakeholders.

What you will do

Lead and facilitate the Sales and Operation execution roadmap
Conduct weekly iteration and influence improvements on critical issues
Facilitation and collaboration of teams across multiple disciplines to implement efficient execution
Ensure process/projects deliver results according to developed and defined objectives
Develop and innovate material to support solutions and implement within the supply flow where needed
Deliver consultative support for stakeholders in Supply
Analyze KPI’s measurements for decision making.
Perform quarterly business outlook review
Deliver training on supply chain flow


You will bring

Education: University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent working experience
Minimum 3 years of experience
Business understanding and ability to make timely fact-based decisions
Experience within projects, improvement work, operations or other relevant areas
Experience with: Supply Chain, Data analytics, Project Management, Business analytics
Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Data analytics (Advanced Excel, VBA, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBi...)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English


Additional Requirements:

Wide knowledge of the Ericsson product portfolio
Good knowledge of Ericsson Business Process
