Delivery Manager - Business Systems and Enterprise IT

We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager with a great passion for both IT technology and people, to join our team as Delivery Manager in our Delivery and Launch team, Verisure Innovation-Technology North. 
 

About the Job

The Delivery Manager is responsible to deliver and launch initiatives in collaboration with agile teams from different organizational units and international locations. The Delivery Manager is a key role who manages different stakeholders within Technology North, group functions and country organizations.

The Delivery Manager collaborately defines the Initiative, its Minimum Viable Product, Lean business case and facilitate implementation. As a Delivery Manager you will report to the Manager for IT Delivery & Launch and belong to the Demand, Portfolio, Delivery and Launch department.

Main responsibilities
* Deliver new capabilities to our internal end users in the area of Business Systems and Enterprise IT.
* Facilitate initiative definitions in cooperation with business and IT representatives.
* Lead initiatives through our Portfolio process, safeguard initiative progress and secure communication with stakeholders.
* Coordinate pilot and launch activities in different countries.

* A university degree within IT or other relevant area
* Experience working with a mix of internal and external teams, located inhouse and across Europe
* Experience in Agile Methodologies
* Fluent in English
