The Digital Product Factory & Integration team cannot wait to welcome their new Delivery Manager to support digital transformation for Volvo Construction Equipment. The mission for awesome leader is to drive and actively contribute to innovation and creation of new digital products and services, that will bring value to customers and partners.

Your make a difference by:
Setting the strategy and roadmap for your delivery / product area in close collaboration with BSPMs and Product Owners
Leveraging the North Star Architecture to release differentiated business solutions decoupled from our core solutions
Driving modernization and transformation towards decoupled solutions and products
Securing proper staffing and agile way of working across the organization and delivery / product teams - in collaboration with chapters

Strong and proven leadership experience
Experience in working in agile delivery or product team
Drive towards value and results
Proactiveness, driving initiatives with high perseverance, problem solving skills
Building and maintaining long-term relationship with stakeholders
