You will be based in Stockholm in a modern office setting in our multinational and diverse HQ.
The Data organization combines leading-edge cloud technology based on Microsoft Azure and Databricks with state-of-the-art analytical capabilities to enable scalable data-driven decision-making across the Electrolux value chain. The Data organization is a dynamic, multi-functional, and quickly growing organization, being a key focus area with strategical importance within the Electrolux group. The Data organization focuses on unlocking significant business value and are expanding to accelerate impact even further.
Responsibilities:
Coach, develop, manage, and support your Squad toward high performance by empowering them to leverage the agile methods, thus enabling quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team
Optimize Squad productivity and quality by removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team’s goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.
Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments and progress as well as integrate agile and lean principles into team practices and work products.
Understand and stay current on data and platform architecture to identify upstream or downstream dependencies to support the team in risk management.
Coach Squad on backlog refinement and prioritization. Utilize team retrospectives and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity to continuously improve the team. Act as an agile mentor and coach to other Scrum Masters or any agile role.
Advice and guide Business and Tech stakeholders on all organizational levels on best practices relating to the Data & Analytics and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Support the Head of Global Data Platform in evolving the group's capabilities on Data & Analytics (D&A) in daily operation, which includes being involved in recruitment processes and educating the organization to level data literacy.
Monitor the D&A market on emerging trends to assess their relevance to the organization to drive business value based on data.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, economics, or relevant field from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Experience in system development and programming with deep technical understanding of all phases of development including quality and test management on various platforms.
Proven understanding of data platforms for enterprise data warehouse, data marts, big data, business intelligence, analytics, and data management.
At least 6 years of agile delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies, as well as using agile tools like Azure Boards, Confluence and Jira, delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions. Preferred agile certifications include e.g., CSM, DASM, SAFe etc.
At least 6 years of delivery experience of technology projects involving Data Warehousing, Data Marts and Data Transformation. Preferred certifications include e.g., CPM, MPM, PMP etc.
8 years of leading development teams, preferable in distributed organizations, including architects, engineers, analysts, infrastructure, and operations professionals.
Proven experience delivering complex data and analytics solutions from platforms with massive data volumes to many end-users. Experience in Dev-Ops and continuous delivery is preferred.
Experience in presenting to internal audiences as well as facilitating workshops.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Fluent in Swedish is preferred.
