The Delivery Manager Hosting Services drives the delivery and improvement of Services in line with business requirements and expectations, budget and service levels and the execution and the improvement of Service processes and focuses on operational excellence and continuous improvement. The delivery manager is responsible for ensuring that internal parties and service providers deliver services as per agreed budget and performance levels, contribute to and incorporate these services in the end to end services to be delivered to the customers. This with the help of peers in the global delivery organization.As a key member of the IM Services global delivery team working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, and user/business satisfaction towards the global end user community.

Main responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of services for their area and Hosting as per agreed budget, performance levels and expectations​
Ensuring that all Service Management processes, Operational Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are implemented and adhered to​
Work with Contract & Vendor Manager in order to drive effective vendor management and identifying the opportunities and improvement/risk areas. ​
Ensure that the services operate in line with the Nouryon Security & Compliance Framework and aligns with the Security & Compliance Officer​. Be fully SoX compliant for current scope operation controls.
Drive the delivery of services in the assigned area in line with customer expectations and ensure continuous improvements are being implemented​
Responsible for ongoing analysis, documentation, management and reporting of incidents and requests in daily operations
Ensure high visibility and right communication to the business and IT support staff
Responsible for managing and controlling the full IT landscape and makes sure IM services are delivered in line with architecture guidelines and principles
Enforces the global process, establish close links with project teams, challenge and find ways of improving the controls of landscape management
Ensure that work instructions and training materials are provided that work schedules are established and that adequate resources are assigned to ensure effective end-to-end service delivery, this to be able to meet customer specifications and service levels


Qualifications
Master/ bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering.
Professional with minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT sector including 5 years minimum managing IT services & professionals across a diverse geographical and cultural spread
Strong project management / portfolio managements experience
Knowledge of the manufacturing/ process industry
Knowledge of best practice solutions in the shared solutions space
Individual must demonstrate ability to act autonomously
English proficiency


The position is based in Gamlestan but requires travel occasionally (approximately 10% )
