Are you in the beginning of your career and wants to pursue a career within Supply Chain? The Demand and Supply Management department in Northern Europe offers you an opportunity to join BSH Solna office and become a Demand and supply manager.

The Demand and Supply Management department is one of the key players within BSH's supply chain. The team is responsible for the demand planning for the whole Northern Europe pool as well as ensuring the procurement and availability of the products for our customers. It is the connection between the commercial and the manufacturing worlds.

Main role of the position is to plan the sales demand of one of our product areas for the whole Northern Europe organization and supervise the supply of those products from both BSH and external manufacturers, ensuring the highest service level to the customer with the optimal stock level in value and structure. You will be working head to head with product marketing, sales, logistics and the factories to achieve this balance.

Who are you?
You are a perfect candidate, if you are an active, energetic and determined person, willing to learn and improve yourself. Being process oriented and having an ability to understand the "big picture" is essential for this position, as well as being good at communicating and collaborating with others. You are fluent in English (German or Nordic languages are a plus) and you have a good command of MS Office and other IT systems. Experience from SAP is a plus. Your university degree is in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar, you have international experience and you have at least 2-3 years of work experience.
