Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Demand and Supply Manager to secure the quality in dimensioning, forecasting and delivery performance withing Supply Hub Sweden. This is done through analysing forecast and order patterns, analysing product characteristics and through tight collaboration with the inbound and outbound team with in the hub as well as the customer units and pre-sales.

You will!

You will implement dimensioning
Lead and facilitate the TDM forum within the hub
Work with analytics in both inbound and outbound
Work with other EMEA hubs to ensure optimized dimensioning
Review CU forecasting of stock items
Drive performance work
Drive and influence general improvement work within the hub


To be successful in the role you must have

Education: University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent working experience
Min 5 years of experience
Experience from a position as an Account Manager, Business Manager or Line Manager
Domain experience: RAN
Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Wide knowledge of the Ericsson product portfolio
Experience from supply chain management
Good knowledge of Ericsson Business Process


Additional Requirements:

Take lead in analytics
Think outside the box
Collaborate with other units within the hub as well as with CU
