The Demand and Supply Management department is one of the key players within BSH’s supply chain. The team is responsible for the demand planning for the whole Northern Europe pool as well as ensuring the procurement and availability of the products for our customers. It is the connection between the commercial and the manufacturing worlds.

Your responsibilities:


• Plan the demand of one of BSH product categories for the whole Northern Europe organization as the starting point of the company´s S&OP process
• Supervise and ensure the supply of those products from both BSH and external manufacturers
• Ensure the highest service level to the customer with the optimal stock level in value and structure. Work head to head with product marketing, sales, logistics and the factories to achieve this balance
• Monitor and take initiatives on slow-moving stocks
• Take part in process improvement, supply chain projects and system implementations

Who are you?
We are looking for candidates with a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar, with around 3-5 years of supply-chain experience, preferably from an international context.

To fit in our team, we see that you are an active, energetic and determined person who is willing to learn and improve yourself. Being process oriented and having an ability to understand the “big picture” is essential for this position, as well as being good at communicating and collaborating with others. You are fluent in English (Nordic languages are a plus) and you have a good command of MS Office and other IT systems. Experience from SAP is a plus.
