About the job
Once you join us in this role, you’re responsible for developing and optimizing our demand generating activities on a global scale. This includes setting a strong demand generation strategy that accounts for every touchpoint in the journey of current and potential customers with full focus on conversion optimization. You work closely with other marketing teams to define and execute digital marketing campaigns, nurturing streams and drip campaigns. You secure development, planning, execution and monitoring of organic traffic and all paid digital marketing campaigns, and you constantly explore innovative ways to ensure the best mix to drive conversations and engagement with our target groups. You also craft actionable insights from complex data to leverage decision making, track our contribution to the overall business revenue and ensure a profitable growth for Sandvik Coromant.


­To be more specific you:


Plan, execute, and manage marketing programs across channels to drive demand globally and support within regions - using both online and offline tactics to achieve business targets
Create and execute email marketing programs, nurturing programs and triggered emails driving demand across all funnel stages to support brand positioning and revenue growth
Manage virtual campaign teams and cross-functional work around campaign execution to achieve set targets
Secure focus on ROI and create business results
Drive our lead lifecycle management and identify opportunities for our sales organization to act upon
Test, refine and implement leading best practices using all available tools
Track and report on the performance of campaigns and programs, leverage insights to optimize across channels and initiate new tactics/campaigns
Own all global marketing demand generation performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, Conversion rates, CPLs, ROI etc)



You’re a transparent and supportive leader for the team of demand generation and report to the Head of Web and Demand Generation. The location for this position is flexible between one of our Sandvik Coromant offices – such as Stockholm (SE), Düsseldorf (DE), Halesowen (UK), Katowice (PL), Mebane (US) or Milano (IT). Some global travel is under normal circumstances required.


About you
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in the field of demand marketing, including account-based marketing programs and global campaign management in a fast paced B2B environment. You have a strong understanding of the B2B buyer funnel – both in lead stages and opportunity stages, and how marketing campaigns can work in connection to sales strategies. You’re on top of the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement. You also know how to drive digital marketing and marketing automation, and you combine a deep analytical and data driven approach with traditional marketing skills as you influence our strategy with insights, agility and new perspectives. You have extensive experience from marketing automation tools, CRM applications and digital platforms, and your knowledge is grounded by a degree in marketing or business. Additionally, you comfortably work cross-functionally and you have the experience – or the skills and ambition – to lead and develop your team members in different locations globally. This also means that your English skills must be exceptional.
