Every day we are providing thousands of passengers, travelling with different   Nordic airlines, with food, beverage and other products onboard. We are now looking for a skilled demand planner, to our supply chain team.

A person who can actively work with forecasts to secure we have the right stock levels and hence can provide the passengers with the requested products onboard. We are looking for a person that is interested in developing the way we work and who has interest in finding out how we best utilise our system support. You will work with plenty of nice and skilled colleagues on a daily basis and we hope you enjoy to be the famous “spider in the net”.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 


• Overall responsible for ensuring optimized inventory so that we reach our service levels and that no overstock or out of stock occurs.Compile, analyze and rework information in GIM and AX
• Operational forecasting
• Materials planning
• safety stock and seasonal profiles
• Super User for our forecasting tool GIM Syncron
• Responsible for executing assortment change and processes within Supply Chain
• Ensure and maintain that we have all necessary KPI to measure and analyze our business
• Assist in efforts to develop tools to simplify the work of the department as well as helping to develop controls to ensure the quality of what we deliver
• Operate widely both in and outside the company and acquire the necessary knowledge of the entire supply chain to create the right total solutions for the company and our customer
• Responsible for manuals, user documentation and process descriptions that are needed are updated. Ensure that our procedures are observed.
• Participate in various projects related to the above and be proactive and work strategically to develop us Warehouse management

 Qualifications

Pedagogical and good communicator

Education: University within Supply Chain – Logistics

Work Experience:  Experience from work within Supply chain and Logistics is meritorious

Language: Fluent in English and Swedish

Other Skills:

Good knowledge of departmental processes. Business understanding. Interested in system support. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Dynamics AX is meritorious
