We are looking for a Demand Planner that will be a part of a team that supports the Nordic markets with demand and Supply Chain planning from factories to stores. You will have direct and indirect contact with internal stakeholders, factories, and other markets. As a part of Philip Morris, you will always strive for improvements in processes and identify areas where we could develop.
On your day-to-day work, you will oversee the following tasks and projects:
• Demand Planning - Forecasting
• Control and project inventory levels
• Ensure optimal replenishment and availability of finished goods
• Cooperate with our third-party logistic service providers
• Coordinate production with PMI, and external factories
• Support customer service to ensure proper finished goods distribution
• Collecting business intelligence with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Finance & Business Planning.
• KPI management, sales forecast accuracy & reporting
• Project management including new product launches coming from marketing initiatives or regulatory requirements
As a Demand Planner you will be reporting to our Nordic S&OP Manager.
Who we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain or Finance
• Prior experience in Demand Planning
• Excellent social skills, easily creates relationships and a true team player
· Fluency in English, knowledge of a Nordic language would be an advantage
· Outstanding analytic skills and an exceptional drive to resolve issues
• Strong Excel knowledge
