Welcome to Range & Product Innovation - a team of people determined to solve the big problems, and making the small things happen that are meaningful for the many! Innovation Deployment is one of our capability areas, responsible for fast lane testing of new innovations directly with customers/relevant partners, e.g. by launching small scale productions into selected markets for complete verification and validation. We also support with deployment of business-critical projects that falls outside of running business.

• Being responsible for several deployments from a supply perspective
• Securing the quality of the demand forecasts of the articles
• Evaluate, choose and implement optimal order methods for the respective deployments and the articles within the activities
• Secure that all activity articles are sales started with 100% precision
• Work with handovers to HFB when the deployments are successful
• Implementing and continue to develop the supply strategy for Innovation Deployment
• Identify potential overstock and out-of-stock situations and take preventative actions
• Work close together with Retail, category, HFB ́s and other stakeholders to constantly develop ways of working

To be successful in the role, we believe that you have broad experience from different parts of the supply chain, especially a successful history as Need Planner and ideally also Demand planner.
As a person you are analytical and well structured with a holistic view. You can work independently and make well-founded decisions and you take pride in delivering results according to time plans and deadlines. You are a true team-player who enjoys being part of a fast paced and dynamic work environment. We need a person with a strong drive and problem-solving approach, able to handle both small and big issues, work with multiple tasks and set priorities.
You should be a strong communicator with a high level of energy in motivating and inspiring others. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. To be successful in this role it is also important to be able to build relations within IKEA and with external partners. Your networking skills will come handy.
