The Process Control Platform (PCP) organization is the value generating partner, creating digital control solutions for industries. This role is part of our Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) Center in Västerås. The P&F Center is managing the entire extended value chain from suppliers to the delivery, creating competitive advantage through improved customer satisfaction with optimized responsiveness, lead time, cost and on-time delivery.
In the role of Demand Planner you will have the key responsibility for creating the baseline for our perfomance, a balanced supply and demand. This mission is achieved by balancing and improving the metrics customer on-time delivery, inventory, lead-time and forecast accuracy . Your responsibilities
Create and maintain rolling 24 months unconstrained demand forecast for assigned products.
Hold superuser responsibility for the inventory optimimization tool Optimity.
Collaborate with Product Management and R&D team to coordinate new product launches, phase outs and platform changes.
Collaborate with other global P&F centers within the PCP organization.
Work for continous improvements together with our global contract manufacturer and suppliers for a streamlined supply chain.
Review and implement initiatives to improve future forecast accuracy.
Be responsible for MRP masterdata in SAP and monitor finished goods inventories.

Your background
A University degree within Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Experience and knowledge in Planning and Fullfillment.
Skilled in development of best practices in planning systems.
Driven and supportive team member with social skills and ability to build good relationships.
You have great communication and analytical skills.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is mandatory, written and spoken alike.
