We are looking for a collaborative and passionate Demand Planner to strengthen S&OP for the Power Grids Automation and Communications Global Product Group (GPG AC). You will have the opportunity to combine strategic and operational business knowledge and be a key person in strengthening the Continuous Improvement Culture in our global business environment.
The job location is in Västerås, Sweden.
Your responsibilities
Actively engage and lead partially in monthly S&OP cycle
Ensure best practice in demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory planning
Propose and implement process improvements
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in sales, sourcing, finance and operations
Drive cross-functional collaboration across the organization to balance demand and supply and meet customer service level expectations
Support Global S&OP lead in shaping and harmonizing global processes
Measure forecast accuracy and derive solutions for its improvement
You will report to the GPG AC global S&OP leader
Your background
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or other relevant education
Experience with S&OP processes
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and planning tools preferred
Communicative personality
Written and verbal communication in English is a must, Swedish a plus
Mathematical (Statistics) and analytical skills
Intrinsic motivation to improve processes
