The Demand Planner & Sales Analyst is a part of Thule’s Supply Chain organization and plays a very important role in securing a good service to our customers.

As a Demand Planner & Sales Analyst you will work with planning of our finished products and the main purpose of the role is to reach agreed delivery performance to our customers with the lowest possible inventories by providing a good forecast. Example of daily tasks will be:

- - Create statistical forecasts and set safety stocks for finished products
- - Reach consensus between Demand (input from Sales) and Supply (input from Operations and Suppliers)
- - Maintain accurate data in ERP-system and Inventory optimization software
- - Review sales plans, with extra focus on new items and promotions
- - Manage ad hoc demand requests and problem solving
- - Support sales in budget process, monthly sales and other reporting

You will be a person with constant contact with different departments in the company, such as Sales, Product Management, Our factories, Customer Service and Distribution to make sure that we keep up a strong Supply Chain and provide the best in class service to our customers.

If you have strong planning and analytical skills, hands on attitude and are equipped in excellent communication, then this will be an exciting opportunity for you. To be successful in this role you have a relevant degree from higher education and at least 3-5 years of experience from a similar role. You are fluent in Swedish and English (both speaking and writing).
