To our Customer Service department, located in Ängelholm, HemoCue is looking for an Export Coordinator/Demand Planner. The Export Coordinator/Demand Planner has a key role to make sure we deliver value for our customers. This role handles all demand, order and logistics planning from HemoCue AB to our customers. This position is the back-office support to the HemoCue Sales Leaders. This requires to proactively engaging with sales leaders and distributors to understand demand and deal status and recommending actions to increase customer satisfaction and to accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Order and export document handling for assigned export markets Demand planning for assigned markets Provide support to responsible Sales Leader in specific markets/regions Coordinate goods inspection, letter of credit and bank payments Monitor payments status and send payment reminders Order, billing and credit handling for service as well as complaints Updating systems with current customer data Actively work with process improvements in Customer Service Administration of price lists and customer information
Qualifications
We believe that the following formal qualifications will improve your chances of success:
Upper Secondary School Experience and/or education in export handling Experience and/or education in demand planning Experience and/or education in freight forwarding and/or logistics Highly organized and ability to work independently Ability to communicate with and gain confidence of co-workers within the company as well as external contacts Customer focused, both internal and external Fluent in Swedish and English Very good PC skills (EdiCom, Word, Excel)
The position is an important link between the Customers, the Sales Organization and Operations to enable sales delivery and revenue growth.
