Chemistry through smart logistics
Chemical logistics is our business, and personal chemistry with customers our aim. We bring over 100 years’ experience of delivering smart logistics for the chemical and petrochemical industries.

Our office is located in Gårda, Gothenburg and where we are around 15 employees working in different departments, such as operations and planning, account manager etc. At this office we specialize in liquid and dry bulk transportation through Europe and global destinations.

Job description
This job advertisement consists of two different roles:

- Transportation coordinator
- Transportation coordinator with inside sales focus

As transportation coordinator, you will be the main contact person for your customers. From the moment the customer is sending a transport request you take responsibility for the acceptance and execution of the orders, including necessary administration from order to invoice. You are the logistics specialist who answers your customers’ queries, handles compliments/complaints, implements new lanes, and executes financial and operational analyses to continuously improve. For example, in close cooperation with your colleagues from operations and commerce, you try to find better transport solutions to reduce costs and expand existing business.

Your profile
As the main contact person for your customers, you have to be an excellent communicator and eager to understand all aspects of the business and being able to present the best solution to the customer.

Furthermore you:
- Can work under pressure and act on day-to-day changes
- Like to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Are able to negotiate contracts and close agreements
- Can communicate well in English and Swedish
