Arbetsbeskrivning
You will collaborate with the Nordic Supply Chain, Sales, Controlling and the logistics provider to ensure we deliver outstanding customer service to the Danish and Norwegian market. Your main customer contacts are the buyers at the major retail partners in Denmark and our distributor in Norway.
Main Priorities
Manage the daily flow of sales orders in order to achieve service level targets
Ensure that services to customers comply with customer specific requirements
Act and follow up on customer claims - Work closely with the supply chain of the customers
Closely co-operate with and support the local sales organization
Drive strong collaboration with our main retailers
System maintenance of sales master data
Co-operate with transport agent and monitor delivery performance
Profile
1-3 years’ work experience in a similar function
Further education within supply chain or sales/accounting
Strong customer focus and service orientation
Supply & Demand planning knowledge is considered a merit
Very good communication skills
Pays attention to detail and enjoys working with administration
Good general skills in MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP is considered a merit.
Fluent in Swedish & English language both in speech and writing.
Knowledge in Danish, Finish, Norwegian or German is a plus
