Our assistant will be absent for maturity leave and therefore we can offer this unique possibility, a great first step into Scania. The role will be partly a cover-up for this person, but there will also be an opportunity to frame the role according to your interests!
The department IT enabling function at Scania (IX) mission is to help Scania be a global leader in digital technologies, innovation and experiences.
About the role
As the department assistant you´ll have a wide range of tasks; varying from administrative, operational to strategic levels. You´ll be a member of the departments management team and in that role you will be the focal point for managers across the department.
In this role you will:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Support and work closely with the department manager.
• Participate in management meetings, summarize decisions and communicate information to the organisation.
• Contribute in projects/initiatives and communication for the departments business development.
• Drive your own projects, your competence and development path determine what projects you encounter and/or initiate.
We are looking for
In this role we see that you have:
• A tertiary education within Business, IT or other relevant fields (A master's degree is an advantage).
• Previous work experience from a role where service or helping others has been in focus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for the value of new and enabling technologies.
