Deployment and Data Migration Manager

Purpose of the position
This role is to plan and coordinate the various deployment projects both with the MacGregorIM team and the business representatives. The role is also intended to ensure that all data preparation
activities required for this take place in good time.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination of deployment activities together with the development team, taking the business requirements into account
Overall planning responsibility of PLM roll-outs at different worldwide locations and product lines
Ensuring that all preparatory measures relating to data preparation have been carried out prior to deployment
Ensure that the ARAS PLM system is fully deployed, implemented and functioning
Coordination of MacGregor PLM related data migration activities
Support Data preparation and transformation activities
Execute Change Management activities towards the global deployment of PLM in the organization.



What you’ll need to succeed:
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in science, computer science, software engineering or otherwise proven capability of being able to successfully master the position



Experience
5+ years of experience of relevant engineering and other systems
Experience in deploying PLM systems
Experience as a project manager
Hands-on experience with PLM deployments and migration activities


Competencies
Understanding of MacGregor business from key-user perspective
Good knowledge on Product Lifecycle Management
Interpersonal and communication skills
Presentation and training skills
Customer service attitude
Fluent English (corporate language)
Ability to travel internationally about 50 days per annum which may vary based on the situation
Ability to participate in rollouts which may require more extensive stays abroad.
