The IKEA Franchisor, Inter IKEA Systems B.V., is the worldwide owner of the IKEA Concept, and has the responsibility to ensure that the IKEA Concept stays attractive and competitive while enabling growth and a profitable business for IKEA franchisees.
The Retail Operation Solutions & Support (ROSS) department within Core Business Franchise has the assignment to continuously develop, deliver and support retail processes and digital solutions to enable expansion and implementation of the IKEA Concept.
The Inter IKEA Systems Retail Package is a set of standardized and well established tools, digital products and services tailored for the IKEA retail business and available to all IKEA retailers. This Retail Package is built based with Microsoft applications at the core. The integration of IKEA’s standardized business processes makes it a unique IKEA software solution, Master Version (MV).
Master Version currently consist of a retail operations module (Master Version Business Central) based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Central, a business intelligence application (Master Version Qlik Sense), based on Qlik Sense, a Customer Relations Management module (Master Version CRM), based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and an E-commerce module (Master Version E-com).
About the role
To improve and accelerate the deployment and delivery of the Inter IKEA Retail Package to our retailers we are looking for a multi-talented Deployment Lead who will help us to gain traction and take the lead of implementing and further develop our deployment strategy.
In this role you will navigate between different digital products and solutions, drive planning towards multiple markets and collaborate with several software suppliers while tapping into the internal resource pool to get the job done. Structure, planning and clear communication will be key success factors for this role while at the same time you need to embrace the agile ways of working and constant change in an omni-channel retail context.
We are striving for continuous deployments and continuous improvements and you will be the catalyst to make this happen by establishing and owning the deployment plan for our retail package and follow up on KPIs/OKRs and retailer feedback.
