9Solutions is a fast growing, leading provider of indoor positioning safety, communication and
smart care solutions. We are now looking for a Deployment Manager to join our After Sales unit
and also to be a part of the growing Swedish team. Our unique product offering ensures an
interesting and versatile working environment in which you can continuously extend your
competence and challenge yourself.

The Deployment Manager is responsible for deployment projects of 9Solutions products in care
homes and hospitals. In this role you will be responsible for overall management and
coordination of internal and external deployment resources and deployment planning. You will
lead a team and report to Director, After Sales in Oulu, Finland. This position is based in
Helsingborg where the Swedish subsidiary is based.

Your key responsibilities in this role:
● Planning and scheduling of systems and solutions within deployment projects
including installation, configuration and training
● Customer coordination and communication related to deployment projects
● Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
● Testing and test approval of installed systems and solutions
● Development of systems and solutions deployment process
● Coordinating customer pilots and collecting customer requirements and feedback
● Helps support team in issue resolution in close co-operation with the customer
● Coordinating deployment and maintenance with local installation partners

Requirements:
● At least 5 years of proven working experience in project management - preferably as Project
Manager
● Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Telecommunication or IT
● Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English is a must, and
Finnish skills is a plus
● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
● IT-skills (standard office IT programs) and understanding of wireless technologies and mobile
devices
● Knowledge of electrical installations is a plus

to possess a high drive and self-motivation. You have an ability to work in a structured and
systematic way. You have proven leaderships qualities and ability to lead projects and coach people.
To succeed in this position it is important that you have very good communication skills and are
ready to work in a small international organisation with an entrepreneurial mindset.
