• Broad understanding of financial implications, business case creation and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach.
• Deep competence in initiative portfolio and programme management - how to assess value, urgency, plan required resources and prioritize projects as well plan, steer and execute programs with focus on deploying solutions.
• Good knowledge of relevant digital solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment.
• Strong market and industry knowledge in the area of order fulfilment & automation.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
In this role, you will (be):
• Lead, coach and develop the Group Deployment function and provide support and guidance to the respective country function to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building and succession planning, diversity, and inclusion.
• Act as a proactive member of Fulfilment Unit Development & Deployment Management team, contribute to the overall functional agenda.
• Actively collaborate with key partners on Group level while representing Customer Fulfilment and Development & Deployment in related forums and decision bodies.
• In close collaboration with all global stakeholders secure a coherent and excellent customer experience and journey within the context of all development initiatives.
• Responsible for supervising deployment of Fulfilment unit layout and automation solutions, through matching problem statement of individual project to decided Fulfilment Unit solution portfolio, identifying, evaluating, and scaling best practises.
• Coordinate the Fulfilment Unit business development activities with relevant partners within and outside Customer fulfilment and INGKA, ensuring alignment with the global development framework.
• Ensure right information flow and effective communication of the Fulfilment Unit Development portfolio throughout the organization.
• Continuously search for improvement and optimization potentials within the layout & automation portfolio and continually understand the latest in the industrial market.
• Responsible to align direction and priorities of deployment of fulfilment unit layout and automation solutions to achieve set goals, optimize value and create a fulfilment unit deployment roadmap balancing needs and available capacity within the expansion process.
• Responsible to stay updated on the latest decided Fulfilment Unit solution portfolio and evaluate ongoing deployment initiatives in the IKEA expansion process for the use of best suited solutions and to secure current commitments are achieved, risks are identified, and blockers are resolved while improvements are being made.
• Responsible for verifying plausibility of created business cases for Fulfilment unit solution deployment and in close cooperation with the Fulfilment unit Development & Deployment team follow up and validate the return of investment (ROI) of the business cases.
• Responsible to facilitate feedback loop of lessons learnt, improvement potential and new arisen business needs, in accordance with Develop New Solutions process, back to Fulfilment unit business development team based on deployed country projects.
• Responsible to ensure that the deployment team, relevant country CFF roles, and respective Centres of Expertise in Expansion process are updated on the latest fulfilment unit solution portfolio and deployment process knowledge by actively engaging and taking ownership for relevant communication channels.
