About you
We are looking for a positive team player who is passionate about creating value in an omnichannel environment. We believe you have relevant retail experience in the area of Retail Logistics and familiar with the business processes within this function and how they can be enabled by technology. You have in depth understanding of the product functionality and user reality and you have a holistic view across different technology domains.
Ideally you have working experience with software development with good knowledge of deployment preferably with IKEA experience. Experience from relevant standard software, especially Microsoft Dynamics Business Central would be an advantage. You also have an awareness of internal and external business and technology trends that will impact the business environment.
You have excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relations with people across the different organisation levels and cultural backgrounds. You are also energetic, driven and committed to deliver business results in a high paced environment. And, you are passionate about enabling ‘a better everyday life’ through technology and digital innovation.

Retail Operation Solutions & Support is an integral part of Core Business Franchise and consists of a team of people with passion for retail and competence in business and technology. We provide IKEA retailers with a set of digital products and services that are integrated to IKEA value chain and supporting the omnichannel IKEA Concept. We call this the Retail Package and it covers key capabilities for retail operations.

About the role
As a Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible to define, develop, maintain and deliver retail logistics related deployment activities towards the retailers. You will need to secure that digital products and solutions within the IKEA Retail Package are released following pre-defined principles, requirements and guidelines.
You are responsible for documenting and making the relevant know how available. You will support the change management connected to the product releases and communication to the relevant stakeholders and development of the learning and communication content. You actively share knowledge and gather feedback with different stakeholders in order to ensure products are being used, optimized from cost, performance and quality perspective.
You will work with relevant product teams and deployment lead to achieve the overall business goals and manage user expectations. You will create and maintain a clear roadmap on deployment activities, both short term and long term. You are an integral part of the team in supporting and identifying resource needs and risks.
A few more details for you
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. Ideally when the situation improves, you will be prepared to travel internationally 50 days a year. You will report to the Logistics Processes Manager.
