At Volvo Car Finance, you are part of a global team that drives business performance in order to realize the objectives set out in Volvo Car Group's Corporate Strategy. In cooperation with colleagues in other business units worldwide, you and your team provide financial expertise, business controlling and guidance. What you will do
As our next deputy CFO for the finance cluster you are an advisor to the business, a sounding board and a challenger of how to make our longer-term ambitions come true in a profitable and sustainable way. We expect you to play an active part in the development of new business models within the group, taking changing industry and consumer behaviours into consideration and switching between long-term ambitions and short-term plans and actions. In this role you will ensure synergies with our direct consumer business, our strategic affiliates, with our wholesale business and form new partnerships and joint ventures where suitable. 

Also, as a senior leader within our finance organization it is your job to make sure that we continuously improve and work in more efficient ways while inspiring and driving engagement with a human centric approach. 

Who are you
We are looking for a senior leader with solid international experience from working in different companies, industries and environments with a strong track record of driving change. Probably you have experience from a similar position within finance but also as a business leader. You need to have great stakeholder management skills with experience of balancing multiple internal and external stakeholders in a professional way

Experience is important but personality is key! To be successful in this role you need to be a natural leader. You are confident and have high integrity, always with a humble approach. Furthermore, you are energetic, curious with an entrepreneurial think outside the box mindset.
