Job Description:
The role of Domain Consultant in Service Integration is to position DRYiCE products and SIAM services in the overall IT solution architecture in such a way that it creates a tightly coupled solution to deliver seamless value to customer. It requires a thorough knowledge and hands on experience in SIAM framework, multiple service management platforms, automation integration solutions, IT service delivery experience and customer senior stakeholder management. This role requires to collaborate with customer stakeholders and work closely with HCL Sales and overall enterprise architecture team to support the sales cycle and bridge the transition between Sales and Service Delivery teams. Following are the activities that the required Domain Consultant needs to do:
Define and design the DRYiCE Product configuration, Implementation and Support solution which supports the overall sales and solution strategies.
Ø Design service delivery architecture that addresses the requirements of Service Management and Governance.
Ø Align tools and IT Service Management systems to deliver and Report against the Service level commitments in the Contract document.
Ø Leverage knowledge of Industry frameworks such as SIAM, IT4IT, ITIL V4, CoBit etc. to align the solution.
Ø Design Service transition plan and activities to onboard all services including the requirements for release management – build, test and deploy, aligned with agreed customer timelines
Ø Participate and contribute to customer scoping workshops and Product Demonstrations
Ø Provide technical and commercial input on the use of specific IT solution and Service Integration approach to deliver the services
Ø Design an end to end service process map and ITSM tools landscape
Ø Work with Service Delivery Management to develop and cost the service and governance model for the end to end solution
Ø Liaise with Delivery units, Global Delivery Centers and Service Delivery Management to cost the solution, ensuring the service solution costs are accurately reflected in the Pricing Model
Ø Assist Sales team in the scoping of new opportunities and to design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently;
Ø Responding to the RFPs/RFI/RFQs - Own the End to end service content for the customer response, ensuring accuracy of response text and costs.
Contribute to the tailoring/construction and review of customer specific Service Descriptions, Statements of Work and/or Service Schedules, including Service Credit/Incentives and Service Reporting
