Deputy General Manager

HCL is looking for experienced Enterprise Agile architect & coach with solid backgrounds in agile and lean to join at HCL Sweden. As an Enterprise agile Coach, you provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to ScrumMasters, Product Owners, Managers, Executives, and other Agile transformation stakeholders. You'll bring to bear your experience and though leadership, leading by example and challenging the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. Your excellent listening, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills will help organizations achieve their targeted business benefits and outcomes.
You will be to drive scaled agile transformation, remove impediments with focus on flow and continuous improvements and as such
· drive change in favor of implementing an agile mindset where teams use Scrum, kanban and scale with help of SAFe
· Coach the Product teams to adopt and apply agile principles and practices
· Hold trainings to train people in agile ways of working.
· Drive Value Streams Mapping to identify systematic impediments and optimize the flow dimension
· Drive strategic improvement initiatives based on the backlog prioritization
· Mentor Agile change agents to drive agility at scale
· facilitate and moderate ceremonies in strategic continuous improvement, e.g. regular management team retrospectives
· Support various team ceremonies like the PI Planning, I&A, SOS, Art syncup daily stand-up, iteration planning, demo and retrospective to stay current with practical challenges and opportunities as well as identifying systematic impediments
· Help teams establish collaboration with colleague's cross product streams to solve impediments and quality concerns cross the product streams
· Communicating the business need, urgency, and vision for change
· Conducting SAFe trainings for executives, managers and leaders, development teams, and specialty roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Release Train Engineer
· identifying Value Streams and helping define and launch Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
· Fostering SAFe Communities of Practice (CoPs)
· Helping teams objectively communicating progress and enable data driven decisions
· benchmarking and connecting with the external community
· promoting continuing Lean-Agile education
· Help Drive Agile maturity in DevOps teams

Work experience / Skills required :
· You possess active SPC certification
· 6 to 8 years' experience in driving Agile transformation across global customers
· Experience in Agile consulting, delivery models, enterprise solutioning for scaling agility
