Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Deputy Head of Supply Chain Management to create and ensure customer value and satisfaction through an efficient Supply Chain. This is done by developing the Supply Strategy and bringing the Supply Strategy into execution with operational efficiency.
You will:
Directly responsible for the development and implementation of overall supply chain strategy, design, processes, and goals
Optimize the E2E process from suppliers to customers.
Manage supply chain operations into being fully digitalized end-to-end, including the execution of contractual requirements with suppliers.
Drive the supply process to fulfil customer orders and deliver products in a cost-efficient way to our customers on time
Take the lead of Supply Chain Management for Networks products in streamlining demand forecasting, historical trending and optimizing finished goods inventory.
Ensure the Line Managers Supply understands customer needs and acts with a holistic view to bring order to cash
Ensure supply execution
Apply the supply strategy
Execute the supply processes



To be successful in the role you must have:
Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired
Years of experience: +10
Data-driven approach
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Drive to learn and teach
Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
Managerial skills
Proven leadership behavior
The interest and desire to lead people
